THANK YOU for visiting our website! In a day full of rejection and animosity, we would love to invite you and your family to come to one of our upcoming Sunday services, regardless of whether or not you would consider yourself a "normal church goer." Fredonia Hill is welcome to all people!
We want you to be informed though! Here are a few frequently asked questions about our services. This should help you know what to expect during your visit.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Sunday School is at 9:30am and our Worship Celebration is at 10:45am. We are located at 1711 South St, Nacogdoches 75965. Here's a map if you need one.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
We have no expectations for attire, so it's really up to you. You'll find some of us dressed up, but most of us comfortable and casual.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET THERE?
When you arrive, you can park wherever you would like. You can enter through the main canopy section, where you will meet one of our trained greeters. These greeters can guide you in the right directions for Sunday School, Youth, College, or Childcare. We are here to help you! We try to make things as simple and easy as possible.
IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?
We have a safe, fun children's area with incredible volunteers to serve your children. One of our greeters will guide you to the right place. To learn more about children and family ministry, click here.
WHAT IS THE SERVICE LIKE?
Our worship services typically last a little over one hour, and consist of congregational singing led by our band followed by a sermon by our lead pastor, Pat Kelly. With several generations represented in our congregation, our music is diverse; we sing songs you might hear on the radio today, as well as great older songs that have stood the test of time. You can learn more about our Worship Ministry, here. You'll hear a sermon from the Bible that is challenging and applicable to your life. If you don't have a Bible, that's ok! We'll have the text on the screens. After service, our Staff will be in "Guest Central" to meet you and answer any and all questions you may have. We also have a gift there for all first time guests. If you are willing, we would love to get your contact information so we can keep in touch with you.
WHAT ABOUT "SMALLER GROUPS?"
We have three main avenues for small groups at Fredonia: Life Groups, Women's Bible Studies, and Sunday School Classes. At Fredonia Hill, we believe that each individual is meant to live in community with other believers. To put it simply, we are to share life together. To view a complete list of Sunday School Classes click here. To learn more about Life Groups, click here.
Now that you know what to expect when you visit Fredonia Hill, we would love to introduce some of individual ministries to you. Please click the ministry below for further information.
