There is great joy in sharing the love of Christ with others. Here at Fredonia Hill, we believe it is part of God's plan to love, care, and welcome children and adults with special needs into our church family and community.
EQUIPPED & READY TO SERVE
SPECIAL NEEDS ROOM
Our Joy Room is staffed by a volunteer and has both sensory toys and calming places to retreat. This room opens at 9:30 AM on Sunday mornings. Head to the Kidville Check-in station to meet a volunteer who will connect you with our Children's Staff + Joy Volunteers.
BUDDY PROGRAMS
We also have volunteers who serve as buddies that can accompany Joy Friends to classes and events.
TRAINED VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers all have a heart for special needs ministry, and are vetted through background checks, MinistrySafe certifications, and 1-1 training. They are ready to make your time at Fredonia Hill the best experience for your whole family!

ALLISON HAFFNER
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Allison is from Lumberton, Texas. She graduated in December 2022 with a degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. During her time in college, Allison has served within our Armor Bearer program as well as overseas during two international mission trips to Zambia. She enjoys trying new things, traveling, and board games!
