On Sundays in Tot Town (our nursery) babies through 4 year olds are taught and prayed over with scripture. The curriculum is called "Hand-On" by Group Publishing. "Hand-On" encourages teachers to teach just like Jesus did. He used every day objects to teach eternal truths. This curriculum is taught so kids understand God's Word, love it, and remember it! Our volunteers are ready to serve your family during the Sunday School hour (9:30am) and during the Worship Service (10:45am). Email us if you have any questions about the nursery by clicking here.
On Sunday mornings, we have "The Gospel Project" for kids and families. The Gospel Project is all about showing Jesus throughout the Bible. He was there in the garden with Adam and Eve. He was there on the mountain with Abraham and Isaac. God's redemption through His Son was the plan all along! Kids and families worship and learn together in small groups. It all kicks off at 9:30am and ends for the bigger kids at 10:30 when they go to church with their parents. During the service, we also have Kids Worship for PreK - 1st grade starting at 10:30am. These younger kids will hear relevent Bible stories, learn memory verses, play games, and make crafts. Kidville is for kids between Kindergarten and 4th Grade.
Kids in the 5th and 6th grades are at a great point in their lives. Many revivals have started from kids their own age! Club 56 is a special place for these "PreTeens" to begin to stretch their wings without diving head first into a youth group. Club 56 meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and Wednesday nights at 6:00pm.
There is a great JOY in sharing the love of Christ with others. Here at Fredonia Hill, we believe it is part of God's plan to love, care, and welcome children and adults with special needs into our church family and community. Fredonia Hill Baptist Academy was established in 1972 to offer the community a top quality Christian preparatory school with the goal of producing students prepared to be successful in school and in life. The academy started with just fifty students and today they offer classes for three year olds through 8th grade. "Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourselves an example of those who believe." 2 Timothy 4:12 For tuition and registration information, go to the academy website.
We know how precious your baby is to the Lord and to your family. We are so glad you are interested in baby dedication at Fredonia Hill.
