Meet our elders

Fredonia Hill made the switch to be an Elder led community in the Fall of 2016. These Elders have the responsibility to shepherd, teach, encourage, and lead our congregation.

We have recently elected new Elders! A list of our new Elders and their emails can be found below:

Previously elected and currently active Elders:
  • David Cowee

David was born in California but has been in Texas since he was two. He met Sheila at SFA, and they have been married for over 31 years. They have two daughters, Laura and Allison, two sons-in-law, Jarrod and Paul, and 3 grandchildren, Halle, Caleb, & Ellie. Grandchild number four is due next summer!  David owns an investment advisory firm in Nacogdoches and counts it a blessing to be able to work with his children.
